Industrial reverse osmosis equipment
Nowadays, water pollution and water shortage problems are increasing. Industrial reverse osmosis equipment is used as a water treatment equipment in today's water treatment fields. The use of equipment has considerably continued the regeneration cycle of traditional ion exchange equipment, reducing the amount of acid and alkali used and the discharge of waste acid and alkali liquid, which is convenient for saving water resources and improving environmental protection. Today we will talk about how the equipment is cleaned.
In principle, industrial reverse osmosis equipment should be cleaned in stages, and the flow direction of the cleaning liquid is the same as the running direction. However, when the pollutants are relatively light, the cleaning can be carried out in multiple stages.
The single-stage cleaning industrial reverse osmosis equipment is divided into the following steps:
Mixing cleaning solution;
Use a low flow rate of the cleaning pump to drive the cleaning solution to the reverse osmosis system at a low flow rate and low pressure, and drain the raw water to prevent dilution of the cleaning solution;
Maintain a constant temperature of the equipment and circulate the cleaning fluid in the system with a washing pump;
The cleaning pump is used for soaking, usually lh, and the heavily polluted reverse osmosis membrane can be immersed for 2h--4h;
Use a large flow of cleaning pump to wash the cleaning solution for 30 to 60 minutes, so that the washed away pollutants on the reverse osmosis membrane are washed away with high flow rate water;
Wash the cleaning solution with clean water. In addition, when cleaning industrial reverse osmosis equipment with acid, the pH should be measured. When the pH value rises above 0.5, the acid amount should be increased. For multi-stage systems, flushing and soaking are performed simultaneously, and large flow cycles should be performed in stages.
Industrial reverse osmosis equipment production process:
Source water → original water tank → source water pump → mechanical filter → activated carbon adsorber → scale inhibition dosing system → precision over security filter → high pressure pump → RO reverse osmosis device → finished water tank → water point
Reverse osmosis device
Reverse osmosis is referred to as RO. The principle is that the raw water passes through the reverse osmosis membrane under the action of high pressure. The solvent in the water diffuses from high concentration to low concentration to achieve separation, purification and concentration. Because it is opposite to the natural direction of penetration, Call it reverse osmosis. Mainly to separate the range of ions in the solution, it does not need heating, there is no phase change process; reverse osmosis can remove bacteria, viruses, colloids, organic matter and more than 98% of soluble salts in water. The method has the characteristics of low operating cost, simple operation, high degree of automation, stable water quality and the like.
