Colloidal substances in the raw water, large molecular weight substances and particulate matter may chemically react with the ultrafiltration membrane, or mechanically interact, and then adsorb on the surface of the membrane, or precipitate on the membrane, thereby causing the pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane to become smaller or completely blocked. The molecular weight value of the ultrafiltration membrane is changed, which results in a decrease in the water quality of the spring water equipment.

Damage to the ultrafiltration membrane for a long time may result in the inability of the spring water equipment to be used. The important thing is that this process is an irreversible process.
